Notice is hereby given that the Village of Edmore Planning Commission will hold a meeting and public hearing at 12:00pm on Friday, January 7, 2022 at the Curtis Community Building, 209 S. Sheldon, Edmore, MI 48829 to take public comment on the following:
- Amending SECTION 9.02 of the Zoning Ordinance to include “Offices; Professional and Business (may include display and/or retail, wholesale of goods, and medical clinics except veterinary clinics).
- Amending the Zoning Ordinance B2 zoning district to include 300 W. Main St., parcel number 041-210-013-01, and 208 W. Main, parcel number 041-210-005-10
- Rezoning request to amend the B2 zoning district to include 500 W. Home Street, parcel number 041-210-013-10.
All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and be heard. Additional information may be obtained from Edmore Village Office, 209 S. Sheldon Street, Edmore, MI 48829, during regular business hours – 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.
