Notice is hereby given that the Village of Edmore Zoning Board of Appeals and Village Council will hold a meeting and public hearing at the Curtis Community Building, 209 S. Sheldon Street, Edmore, MI 48829 at 7:00pm on Monday, October 12th, 2026, to take public comment on the following:
Request for a zoning variance in district B-2 for side yard setback of a structure to be reduced to two feet at the parcel 041-628-033-01, 1110 E Main Street, Edmore, Michigan 48829. This request is being made given the nature of existing structures and history of the property, which includes a previously granted variance of this exact specification for another building on the property. The new construction will be a 16’x16’x10′ free-standing awning placed directly next to the aforementioned building.
