VILLAGE OF EDMORE COUNTY OF MONTCALM, MICHIGAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOLLOWED BY SPECIAL MEETING OF THE EDMORE PLANNING COMMISSION MONDAY, JANUARY 28TH, 2019 AT 7:00PM

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the EDMORE PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a public hearing immediately followed by a special meeting on January 28th, 2019 at 7:00pm at the Edmore Village Office in the Curtis Building, 209 South Sheldon Street, Edmore, Michigan, 48829. The purpose of this meeting is to consider site plans for the property located at 00 Sunrise Street, Edmore, Michigan, 48829, with legal description of: UNITS 1 and 2 SUNRISE ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF EDMORE

All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and be heard. Written comments by Edmore Village residents may be addressed to Chris Miller, Edmore Planning Commission, Village of Edmore, P.O. Box 170, Edmore, Michigan, 48829. This notice is given in compliance with Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of Michigan, 1976. Please take notice that the Edmore Downtown Development Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 12:00 pm. The Edmore DDA will discuss the Edmore Markplace, and other related matters. The meeting will be held at the Curtis Building 200 S. Sheldon st, Edmore Michgan, (989) 427- 5641
