Notice is hereby given that the Village of Edmore Council will hold a special meeting and public hearing at the Curtis Community Building, 209 S. Sheldon Street,
Edmore, MI 48829 at 6:00pm on Monday, April 9, 2018 to take public comment on the following:
2018-1 “Special Assessment Ordinance”
All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and be heard. Additional information may be obtained from Edmore Village Office, 209 S. Sheldon Street, Edmore, MI 48829, during regular business hours – 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Please take notice that the Edmore Village Council will hold a Public Hearing on MONDAY DECEMBER 11, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers located in the Curtis Community Building, 207 S. Sheldon Street, Edmore, Michigan, (989) 427-5641.

This public hearing is being held regarding the adoption of Fence 2017-6
The public will have the opportunity to make comments at the meeting and may submit written comments in advance. Comments should be addressed to: The Village of Edmore, PO Box 170, Edmore, MI 48829. This notice is given in compliance with Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of Michigan, 1976. Please take notice that the Edmore Village Council will hold a Special Council Meeting and Public Hearing on MONDAY DECEMBER 4, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers located in the Curtis Community Building, 207 S. Sheldon Street, Edmore, Michigan, (989) 427-5641.

This special meeting is being held to conduct a public hearing regarding the repeal of Ordinance 272-04 .

The public will have the opportunity to make comments at the meeting and may submit written comments in advance. Comments should be addressed to: The Village of Edmore, PO Box 170, Edmore, MI 48829. This notice is given in compliance with Act No. 267 of the Public Acts of Michigan, 1976. Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Edmore Council on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 7:00pm at the Village Office, Curtis Community Building located at 209 S. Sheldon Street, Edmore, MI 48829. The public hearing is being held to receive comments and consider the adoption of the Village of Edmore Parks and Recreation Plan 2017-2021.
A Parks and Recreation Plan will assist the Village in identifying recreation needs within the community. The plan will serve as a guide to document priorities for improvements. While a Parks and Recreation Plan assists the community in determining goals and needs, if approved by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) it also qualifies the community for recreation grants which are administered through the MDNR Grants Administration Section.
The hearing is intended to provide an opportunity for interested citizens and stakeholders to express their opinion regarding all aspects of the proposed Parks and Recreation Plan.
Copies of the draft Village of Edmore Parks and Recreation Plan 2017-2021 are available for public review at the Village Offices, located at 209 S. Sheldon Street, Edmore Michigan 48829, Home Township Library located at 329 E. Main Street, Edmore, MI 48829 and at the village website www.edmore.org.

The Village of Edmore Planning Commission will gather public input on January 4th, at 12:00 PM for its Edmore draft recreation plan . This will be first meeting to gather information in developing the 2017-2021 – 5 Year Plan. This will kick off the start of a 30 day review process with the goal to adopt a plan to submit to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. The meeting will be held at the Edmore Village Offices (Curtis Community Building) located at 209 S. Sheldon Street, Edmore, MI 48829 to gather public input for submittal to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources a proposed Village of Edmore Park & Recreation Plan for 2017-2021. Interested persons may attend the public hearing.

Notice is hereby given that the Village Council of the Village of Edmore has deemed it advisable to vacate the following alley right of way as platted as part of the the Wilmarth’s Addition to the Village of Edmore, Michigan: The alley at a width of 16 feet running East and West between Lewis and Sheldon Street, Main and Gilson Street Between LOTS 49,50,51,52,53,54,55,56,57 AND 58,59,60,61,62,63,64 AND 65 OF THE PLAT OF WILMARTH’S ADDITION TO EDMORE, Village of Edmore, Home Township, Montcalm County, Michigan.
