At a regular Council Meeting held at the Curtis Community Building on January 13th, 2020 at 7:00pm the Edmore Village Council voted unanimously to adopt an ordinance to allow a limited number of medical marihuana facilities to operate in the Village. They also voted 6-1 to adopt an ordinance to allow a limited number of recreational marihuana establishments to operate in the Village. These ordinances do not take effect until February 3rd, at which point the municipal licensing process can begin.
