on Wednesday, June 8, from 5:00pm-7:00pm. This is an exciting opportunity for the residents of Edmore to tour the new facility and check out the DPW equipment.
Water Rates Increasing
The Edmore Village Council approved an increase of $1.17 per month of the water rate at the May 9, 2016 council meeting. The combined monthly water and sewer rate for residential consumers will be $55.62 starting June 1st for July billing.
The village water system will be receiving major infrastructure upgrades over the next several years. These upgrades are unavoidable given the age of the system and requirements by state and federal agencies to ensure water quality to village consumers. If you have any questions on the water quality or rates feel free to contact the village office.
